Caldwell (670 KBOI News) – No criminal charges will be filed against a Caldwell bus driver accused of tripping a disabled student who was getting off the bus.

The Idaho Press reports the matter is still under investigation within the Brown Bus Company, but Caldwell Police say no charges will be filed through the County.

The alleged incident happened on November 26th…the student’s mother said the driver tripped the student as he was getting off the bus, then shook her head and drove off.

The mother reported it to police two days later.
