Family of missing man still searching near Boise River

The family of a missing 19-year-old Nampa man are continuing a search along the river.

Witnesses say Ezekiel Vargas jumped into the Boise River last week with two friends off of Star Road and Main Street in Star. The friends swam to shore, but he disappeared under the water.

On Friday, the river was lowered and dive teams searched the area, but Vargas was still not found.

Family, friends and the community are continuing the search along the river.

CBS 2 News reports, Vargas was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, red shorts and black and white shoes.

Small groups will continue the search today.
