Two people are dead after police say a driver drifted off the road, overcorrected into the opposite lane, and hit another car, head on, on Highway 95, south of Weiser, Sunday morning.

Christine Dove of Weiser was driving southbound on Highway 95, when she drifted off the road, overcorrected back onto the road, but into the opposite lane, hitting another driver head-on.

Dove and her passenger, Roy Dove of Weiser died at the location of the crash.

CBS 2 News reports, two juvenile passengers in Dove’s car and the driver of the second car were taken to local hospitals.

Everyone involved, except for Roy Dove, was wearing a seatbelt.

Both lanes of traffic on Highway 95 were blocked for four hours.
