Boise mass stabbing suspect set to be back in court this week

A judge has yet to determine if the man charged in a nine-person stabbing last year is fit for trial.

Suspect Timmy Kinner Jr. has had 13 closed court hearings since December, with two more scheduled this month.

Kinner faces first-degree murder and multiple assault charges.

The Idaho Press reports, Kinner will be in court on (Thursday) Sept. 5th and again on Sept. 12th. Those hearings are listed as competency hearings.
