Victor Woods of New Plymouth, was arrested on charges of video voyeurism, possession and production of child pornography, sexual abuse of a child, and destruction of evidence.
Idaho State Police say the incident was reported in August at a home in New Plymouth.
According to court documents, Woods asked the victim, his girlfriend’s daughter, to take a shower. When the victim got out of the shower, she noticed a phone propped up on the counter with the rear camera facing the shower.
The victim said she turned the phone over and saw it had been recording a video, according to court documents. The victim stopped the recording and deleted the video.
ISP reported it was able to find the video in an iCloud account belonging to Woods, as well as his phone.
CBS 2 News reports, Woods denied taking video of the victim.
