Officials from Central District Health are encouraging everyone to wear a mask to help slow the spread of coronavirus. However, some people don’t agree.

Dozens of people gathered at Veterans Memorial Park Saturday evening for what they called “The Great Unmasking,” an anti-mask rally.

Many also used this event as an opportunity to show support for President Donald Trump and law enforcement.

There were also a handful of counter protesters holding Black Lives Matter signs and wearing masks.

CBS 2 News reports, both sides remained peaceful throughout the event.
