Just when I think Dolly Parton couldn’t get any more amazing, she does something like this.

Dollywood announced on Tuesday, February 8 that they would be launching a pilot program called Grow U. Starting later this month, all seasonal, part-time and full-time employees can enroll in the program, which will cover education tuition and books for several different programs.

According to News Channel 5 Nashville, programs are in fields including business administration, culinary, finance, technology and marketing. Up to $5,250 per year is also available for an additional 150 programs.

Eugene Naughton, president of the Dollywood Company, said:

One of The Dollywood Foundation’s key tenets is to ‘learn more. This program is created with that very tenet in mind. We want our hosts to develop themselves through advanced learning to fulfill the foundation’s other tenets: care more, dream more, and be more. When our hosts strive to grow themselves, it makes our business and our community a truly better place. We care about our hosts’ development and we want their future to grow because of love — not loans.”
