Protesters gather at Statehouse and Boise City Hall

A group of people gathered at the Idaho Statehouse on Tuesday in support of a woman’s right to choose.

Protests continued Tuesday evening at Boise City Hall, as well.

This comes after Politico published a draft opinion that suggests the supreme court will overturn Roe vs. Wade.

The final opinion isn’t expected to be published until late June.

If Roe vs. Wade is overturned, 13 states including Idaho have “Trigger Bans” in place, meaning that abortions will almost immediately be banned if Roe vs. Wade is struck down.
