Fire in Ketchum claims 26 condominium units

A structure Fire claimed 26 homes in the Ketchum area Saturday night at the Limelight Condominiums.

Nobody was hurt in the blaze according to firefighters, with crews from Ketchum, Sun Valley, Wood River, and Hailey Fire departments all responding to the fire.

Crews worked thru the night and contained the flames around 4am, but not before it destroyed all 26 units in the condominium project.

Officials are still working to pinpoint the exact cause of the fire, but the Ketchum Fire Chief says he believes the source of the fire came from a propane barbeque.

No word yet on how many families have been displaced by the fire.
