Kelsea Ballerini was set to co-host tonight’s CMT Music Awards with Anthony Mackie – but life had another plan…

While she’ll be handling some duties from home, another KB will be at the Awards stepping in to help – Kane Brown.

Kane, who has 4 nominations at tonight’s Awards, will be stepping in to help.

Kelsea and Kane stopped by CBS Mornings to update everyone of the situation.
