Amber Alert cancelled after children found safe

 

Following up on the Amber Alert that was issued in our area on Thursday…Idaho State Police troopers were responsible for finding the three endangered children out of Montana.

The Montana Department of Justice had issued an Amber Alert for three siblings from Great Falls who were believed to have been taken overnight by their noncustodial parents.

The children were believed to be in life-threatening danger because their parents have a history of drug use and violence.

At about 3 p.m. Thursday – ISP made a traffic stop on a car matching the description of the car in the Amber Alert.

Tony Demontigny and Ellaura Wright were taken into custody without incident.

The three children were recovered safely and taken back to Montana.
