A Boise man was sentenced for producing child pornography and sexual battery.
Darin Odgen will serve up to 30 years in prison for sexual crimes against a minor.
He was arrested in September of 2018 for charges of lewd conduct, sexual battery with a minor, and production of sexually exploitative material of a child.
CBS 2 News reports, In March, a jury found Ogden guilty of sexual battery with a minor aged 16 or 17 and causing, inducing, or permitting a child to be used for child sexually exploitative material.
Ogden’s 30-year sentence comes with 15 years fixed before being eligible for parole. The judge also ordered that Mr. Ogden have no contact with minor children for 30 years.
