Boise School District looks to upgrade older schools

 

The Boise School District is upgrading its schools and infrastructure.

A $172.5 million bond passed in 2017 to make Boise School District buildings and systems more secure and adaptable.

The Boise School District tells CBS 2 News their goal in the next 5 years is to do extensive renovations and additions for older schools.

Boise School District is trying to modernize its buildings and Tom Willis, Facilities and Operations Administrator says it’s going to take a lot of money and time to finish the projects.
