A child has been killed after Nampa Police says three girls were crossing Midland Boulevard when two of them were hit by a pickup truck.
Nampa PD says the girls were crossing Midland near Roosevelt a little after 4 p.m.
One of the girls died at the scene and another was taken to the hospital with injuries that don’t appear to be life-threatening.
The 23-year-old driver remained on scene and cooperated with investigators.
The age of the victim is not yet known. The crash is under investigation.
