The trial for Lori Vallow Daybell and Chad Daybell has been delayed.
Originally scheduled to begin in July, a judge agreed to grant the request from Lori and Chad’s attorneys.
Chad’s attorney John Prior told the judge he still has about 30 items he needs to discuss with prosecutors, and needs more time.
CBS 2 News reports, the state did not object. No new date has been scheduled but a pre-trial hearing is now scheduled for June 9th.
Chad and Lori are being held on $1 million bonds for concealing and conspiracy to alter evidence related to the bodies of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan being found on Chad’s property in Salem.
