Steelheads lose Sunday 5-3 to Everbaldes

The Idaho Steelheads fell by a final score of 5-3 vs. the Florida Everblades in Game Two of the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals.

Idaho trailed 4-1 until about five minutes left when the Steelheads scored on a power-play goal then scored just seconds later to pull within one. The Everblades found the back of an empty net with just 29 seconds left to secure the 5-3 win.

The Everblades now have a commanding two games to nothing edge in the best of seven series with the teams now headed to Florida for the next three games.

The puck will drop on Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m for game three of the series.
